Services
The jobs you accept, the information each request needs, and the work you exclude.
The Velmax layer
When a homeowner talks to an AI agent about a service, your business needs a defined interface for the agent to connect with. Velmax structures your approved business information and hosts that interface through MCP.
You manage the services and information it exposes, see who accesses the data through named connections or public requests, and review recorded exchanges in your Control Room.
The connecting layer
MCP is the interface supported agents use to read the structured offering. Velmax runs the infrastructure; your business manages the content.
The information agents need
The jobs you accept, the information each request needs, and the work you exclude.
Your operating hours, request policies, and emergency-service conditions.
The cities, areas, or postal codes you cover, with the exceptions that matter.
The Control Room
Your business information has a management interface. Velmax hosts the connection; you review and manage the offering through your business’s Control Room and see how it is accessed.
Draft your services, availability, and coverage. Publish the approved profile when it is ready, and stop sharing it when needed.
See the services and information currently available through the connection.
Who’s viewing distinguishes named connections from public requests and shows recorded item and service activity. Source IPs and approximate locations provide context when available; unidentified requests are clearly labeled.
Inspect recorded requests, outcomes, and saved responses when response capture is enabled, in plain language with raw data available.

The pilot workflow is designed to gather job details and let the customer review and approve them.
We agree on an intake system and test request delivery before launch. Your team responds, prices the work, and confirms scheduling.
We start with one platform and one delivery path. Muse, ChatGPT, Grok, and Gemini are target platforms; each requires its own compatibility and access checks. A platform is supported only after the selected connection has been tested.
Yes. The Control Room supports private profile drafts, approved publication, Agent view, and withdrawal of the shared profile. Later draft edits do not replace the approved snapshot until published.
Recorded requests, outcomes, and saved responses when response capture is enabled. Missing or truncated responses are labeled. This covers information exchanged through Velmax.
Who’s viewing shows named connections, public requests, and recorded item and service activity, with source IPs and approximate locations when available. Public traffic remains unidentified; a connection label is not proof of the customer’s identity or a particular AI provider.
The initial pilot focuses on service and estimate requests. Your team handles pricing, appointment confirmation, and follow-up.
The team reviews your business and intake process, holds a fit conversation, and agrees on scope and terms. Owner onboarding and a complete delivery test come before launch.
