Plumbing · Initial pilot

Turn plumbing enquiries into requests your team can assess.

A customer describes a leak but leaves out the address, the affected fixture, and the best way to reach them.

Velmax structures the services you provide, your availability, and the areas you cover so supported AI assistants can read information you approve.

Service and estimate requests are the first pilot scope. Connection and intake support are confirmed before launch.

“Can I request an estimate to replace a leaking water heater?”

Information to collect

Job description, property address, contact details, and preferred callback time.

Your team confirms urgency, pricing, and the next step. A request is not a confirmed appointment or binding quote.

Proposed request workflow

From a question to a request your team can review.

Velmax hosts the MCP connecting layer. Together, we agree on one assistant platform and one delivery path supported by your business software.

  1. 01

    Read approved information

The assistant checks your published services and coverage.

  2. 02

    Collect relevant details

Job description, property address, contact details, and preferred callback time.

  3. 03

    Get customer approval

The customer reviews the request before it is submitted.

  4. 04

    Deliver and follow up

The agreed intake system receives the request; your team reviews it and responds.

  • Review recorded requests, outcomes, and saved responses when response capture is enabled.
  • Your team confirms urgency, pricing, and the next step.

Before we connect.

Is this available for my business?

We are starting with plumbing. A fit conversation confirms your request types, platform, intake software, and pilot scope before enrollment.

Do I need to change my software?

We assess the system you already use and agree on a supported delivery path. An industry page does not mean a specific CRM integration is available.

Will this book jobs or quote prices?

The starting workflow is a service or estimate request. Confirmed bookings, binding quotes, payments, and automated dispatch require separate design and testing.

What are the terms?

We agree on scope, qualification, fees, and payment triggers in writing before onboarding. Expressing interest does not enroll you or create a payment obligation.
