Privacy policy
Velmax Solutions is run by Vinnie Dhima in Salt Lake City, Utah. This page says what we collect, why, and for how long. There is no advertising on this site and we sell no data.
Existing private business records
Existing private research pages may retain business reports and their visit history. Visit records include time, IP address, approximate location, device and browser type, referrer, and page actions. They are retained for twelve months and then deleted. Report content includes public business information and dated research results. Private business records are not used as public examples without permission.
Business accounts
We keep account identity, business information, and the records needed to provide your agreed service. Control Room access is restricted to approved accounts and the relevant business. Payment records, where applicable, are retained separately; card payments are handled by Stripe, and we do not see your card number.
The public site
The public pages use Google Analytics to count visits. Standard server logs are kept for thirty days.
Pilot applications and enquiries
When you apply through a Facebook lead form, contact us by email, or enquire about an AI connector pilot, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, business email, business name, website, service area, services and integration needs. We use it to assess your application, contact you about the pilot, prepare a proposal and manage our conversation. Applying does not purchase a service or guarantee acceptance.
We may store these details in our customer relationship management system and use email and hosting providers to process them on our behalf. Facebook processes information submitted on its platform under its own privacy policy. We do not sell lead data. We use pilot application details for the purpose disclosed on the form; unrelated marketing requires any additional permission that applies.
We keep enquiry information while evaluating or discussing your application and for follow-up related to that enquiry. You may ask us to stop contacting you or delete your enquiry by emailing vinnie@velmaxsolutions.com. Contract, accounting and security records may need to be retained separately.
Industry signup forms also record the industry page and available advertising attribution, such as campaign labels, ad identifiers and click identifiers. We use session storage to retain first and latest attribution while you browse industry pages. Referrer context excludes query strings. These details accompany your enquiry in the CRM and help us understand which content led to your request.
Connector data
An operational connector has a separate agreed scope. Before enabling it, we identify the approved business information, customer request fields, agent platforms, recipients and permissions. Do not send customer records, passwords or API keys through a pilot application form. AI platforms process conversations under their own terms and privacy policies; connecting a business does not authorize unrestricted access to its systems.
Your rights
Ask and we will tell you what we hold about you or your business, correct it, or delete it, unless a payment record has to be kept for accounting. Email vinnie@velmaxsolutions.com.
