Service scope and terms.
A defined connection, approved business information, and terms agreed before operational use.
The service
Velmax provides a hosted structured data and MCP layer for service businesses. The agreed offering identifies approved business information, enabled workflows, supported platforms, and the systems receiving requests.
Applications and enquiries
Submitting an industry signup form expresses interest and permits contact about that enquiry. It does not enroll your business, take payment, or authorize access to your business systems.
Scope and commercial terms
Before onboarding, we agree in writing on the workflow, integration access, deliverables, support, fees, payment triggers, and cancellation or refund arrangements. Operational commitments follow that agreement.
Business owner control
Your business reviews the information exposed to agents and manages the approved offering. Provide accurate service, availability, and coverage details, and use only systems and accounts you are authorized to connect.
Requests and staff review
A service or estimate request requires review by your team. Your business remains responsible for assessing the work, pricing, scheduling, and follow-up. Platform support and request delivery are tested before launch.
Governing documents
The plumbing pilot terms describe the current pilot offer. The connector EULA applies when incorporated into an agreed scope and accepted during onboarding. A written service agreement controls where its terms differ from the EULA.
Information and access
Data handling follows the privacy policy and agreed scope. Do not submit customer records, passwords, or API credentials through an application form. Access permissions are defined during onboarding.
