AI connector pilot terms
No fee until the first qualified AI-powered enquiry
For this pilot offer, the first qualifying result is a genuine prospective customer requesting a plumbing service your business offers within its agreed service area, with valid contact details and enough information for follow-up. Spam, duplicates, test enquiries and existing enquiries do not qualify. The enquiry must be attributable to the pilot AI connection, with a record of its source and submission. No fee is payable before this qualifying result. The amount, payment trigger, applicable charges and method of resolving disputed enquiries must be agreed in writing before onboarding. This offer does not promise a particular number of enquiries or a delivery deadline.
Applying for the pilot
These terms describe applications to the Velmax Solutions AI connector pilot. Applying permits us to contact you about your enquiry, but does not purchase a service, guarantee acceptance or authorize access to your business systems.
Scope and pricing
Before work begins, we agree in writing on the first workflow, supported platforms, data, integration access, deliverables, pricing, support and any cancellation or refund terms.
Early release limitations
The pilot is an early release. Features may change, contain errors or be temporarily unavailable. Each platform requires separate authentication and compatibility testing; directory publication and public discovery may require additional review. We do not guarantee recommendations, rankings, leads, revenue or bookings.
Requests and approvals
An agent-generated enquiry is a request, not a confirmed appointment, binding estimate or payment. Those outcomes require an explicitly agreed workflow and the appropriate customer or business approval. Your team remains responsible for assessing service eligibility and responding to requests.
Your role
Provide accurate business information, approve the data and actions exposed, and ensure you have permission to use the connected systems and process submitted customer information. Do not provide passwords, credentials or private customer records in the application form.
Onboarding and ending a pilot
Operational use requires the agreed service scope and connector EULA. Either party may decline an application. Ending an active pilot, paid work and data handling follow the written service agreement and privacy policy.
