AI connector end-user license agreement
When this agreement applies
This EULA governs authorized business use of a Velmax Solutions connector when incorporated into an agreed service scope and accepted during onboarding. Viewing this page or submitting a pilot application does not itself accept this EULA. A written service agreement controls if its terms conflict with this EULA.
Permission to use
For the agreed service period, Velmax grants your business a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the connector for the approved business workflows. This is permission to use the service, not a transfer of ownership or a right to resell it.
Ownership
You retain ownership of your business content and customer information. Velmax retains ownership of its connector software and reusable implementation materials, except where the written agreement says otherwise. You permit processing of your approved content only as needed to provide the agreed service.
Accounts and access
Use only accounts and systems you are authorized to connect. Grant only the agreed permissions, protect credentials, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Customer-facing actions must follow the agreed authorization and approval rules. You may request disconnection or revoke access through the relevant platform.
Prohibited use
Do not use the connector for unlawful activity, unauthorized access, scraping private records, sending unsolicited messages, bypassing permissions or disrupting systems. Do not expose sensitive customer data outside the agreed workflow or misrepresent an enquiry as a confirmed booking.
Third-party platforms
AI assistants, CRM systems and other providers have separate terms, availability and eligibility requirements. Velmax does not control their outputs, policies or review decisions. A supported connection does not guarantee public discovery or a directory listing.
Beta operation
Pilot software may change, fail or become unavailable. Review outputs and requests before acting on them. Emergency dispatch, autonomous payments, binding quotes and other consequential actions are outside the pilot unless separately agreed and tested. No lead, revenue or booking outcome is guaranteed.
Privacy and customer information
Data handling follows the privacy policy and the written service scope. Before operational use we identify the approved data, recipients, permissions and handling arrangements. A separate data processing agreement may be needed for business customer records.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend access to address unauthorized use, security incidents or material breaches. Fees, notice, termination, data return and deletion arrangements follow the written service agreement. When use ends, access permission ends; surviving confidentiality, payment and ownership obligations remain as agreed.
Warranties and liability
During a pilot the connector is provided as available, subject to any express commitments in the written service agreement and rights that cannot be excluded by law. To the extent permitted by law, liability limits and remedies are those expressly agreed in the service agreement. This EULA does not waive non-excludable statutory rights.
